Nomination of Pohottu candidate Dhammika and Namal is delayed

While the presidential candidate of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna is scheduled to be announced today, it has been reported that it will be delayed by a few more days due to the crisis that has arisen within the party. To appoint new organizers to replace the district and constituency organizers who leave the partyParty inte al sources say that it has been decided.
In this regard, a special discussion has been held at the headquarters of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna and it is reported that many decisions have been reached to settle the current crisis.
With the recent decision of not supporting Ranil Wickremesinghe, several divisions have arisen within this party, and a situation has arisen where some are divided and some are still hesitant. Some are thinking that the decision may change and the party will decide again after supporting Ranil.
The names of Namal Rajapaksa or Dhammika Perera have been proposed as the presidential candidate of the people who say they don't want Ranil, but sources have revealed that it is not possible to announce the names and start work until the crisis in the party is resolved.
